REPAIR& POLISHING

REPAIRS AND POLISHING ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE, WHILE YOU WAIT AND VIA SHIPMENT.
To request an e –repair form, Kindly e – mail us at repairs@lazarijewels.com. Include pictures shot in various angles of the product. Suggested angles are Flat front, Flat Back, Side Right, Side left, Top & Bottom.
More Images of the product you send us, better judgement we will be able to provide you, along with a better and closer approximate cost quotation.

All e – repair form requests are subjected to approval from appropriate GMII staff.

Terms and Conditions:

Jewelry repair via shipment are subjected to prior image approval.Although all merchandize is handled with utmost care, GMII and / or its associates will not be liable for any accidental damage to the product, while repairs.Any special care instructions for the product will have to be clearly stated in our repair request form. Failure to do so will make the damage caused due to the same responsibility of the requestor.We take great care while packaging and shipping our products, however GMII will not be responsible for any damage occurred to the product via shipment.Failure to send the printed, hand filled and signed form will impose all liabilities of the product on the requestor.The product will also not be processed until the form have been received by GMII.
